About us

Breaking Silence Movement is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to combating gender-based violence through comprehensive mitigation, prevention, and response strategies. Originally founded in Manila, Philippines, in 2010, it was headquartered in Paris, France, until 2023. The organization has since relocated to California while continuing its global operations across Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and North America.
